Since becoming Mrs. SD America 2009 in June I have had the opportunity and honor to meet some amazing people and become involved with some great charities. I have listed some of the things I have done so far and I look forward to finishing out my year with many more activities.
*June 20, 2009 - Crowned Mrs. SD America 2009 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. The 11 contestants were myself, Jessie Brower of Sioux Falls(1st Runner Up),
Amy Dresch of Sioux Falls(2nd Runner Up), Christine Fisher of Sioux Falls, Tonja E. L. Jessen of Harrold, Stefanie Loeffler of Chancellor, Annie Mello of Sioux Falls, Alecia Peterson of White, Lisa Skelton of Sioux Falls, Deidre Tooley of Sioux Falls and Tina Ward of Sioux Falls.

*July 4, 2009 - Rode in the 4th of July Parade in Lennox.

*August 1, 2009 - Sioux River FolK Festival at Newton Hills State Park near Canton
Threw out the first pitch at the Sioux Falls Canaries Game.

*August 10, 2009 - Miss Sioux Empire Fair Pageant

*August 15,2009 - Rock Valley Car Show in Rock Valley, IA

*August 30,2009 - Wedding Fashion Show at the Ramkota in Sioux Falls

*August, 2009 - Helped with story time and the Summer Reading Program at the Canton Library

*September 1,2009 - Left for the National Mrs. America Pageant in Tucson, AZ

*September 8, 2009 - Mrs. America 2009 Pageant in Tucson, AZ

*September 17,2009 - 92.5 radio station with Ben and Patty

*September 19,2009 - Country Apple Orchard's Apple Fest

*October 3,2009 - Reggio Open House at Professional Image in Sioux Falls

*October 9,2009 - Canton Homecoming Parade

*October 17,2009 - Ect for Her Women's Expo in Sioux Falls
